By downloading and using the La Vandre application, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted our terms of use.
The terms of use and any other information may be changed or updated continuously and without notice. We therefore recommend that you stay informed and up-to-date by reading through the conditions each time you use the service.
Description of the service
La Vandre is a platform for the sale and reuse of used clothes, equipment and toys.
The service will also be able to offer other functions such as discussion forums, blogs etc

Responsibility for content on the website
The person who enters and posts information in the app is fully responsible for the content of the information, including its integrity and accuracy, that it does not contravene the law or applicable regulations and that it does not entail a violation of third-party property rights or privacy. This applies to both text, images, links to other websites, etc
La Vandre is not responsible for material, information, products or anything else posted in the app.
La Vandre has a high focus on security to prevent outsiders from entering or losing information from the application. However, there is no absolute safety guarantee. Personal information can go astray and be misused. Information shared is at your own risk and you acknowledge the risk of storing personal information on a website.
The service may contain information from external sources or links to external information. La Vandre AS does not guarantee that this information or links are correct and up-to-date at all times. The users themselves will have to get an overview and check that they have correct information, e.g. by visiting third parties' own websites.
Terms of use of the application
It is not permitted to post offensive, indecent, vulgar, libelous, hateful, threatening, pornographic or other types of material that may be or are in violation of the law or applicable regulations.
It is permitted to link to other pages that are relevant to the content of the advertisement. Linking to competing websites is not permitted. If there are links to places outside the application, it must be clearly stated that these are not pages that belong to La Vandre AS. These pages must not contain images, text or other content that appears offensive, indecent, vulgar, libelous, hateful, threatening, pornographic or other types of material that may be or are in violation of the law or applicable regulations.
La Vandre AS reserves the right to delete or change information that violates the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Violation of the terms may also result in exclusion from the platform.
If it is suspected that the application is being used for criminal activities, relevant information may be forwarded to the police or other public authorities. Users suspected of being involved in such activities will be excluded with immediate effect.
Copyright
All material and information produced by La Vandre AS is the company's property and may not be used without written consent. Our logo, our domain name lavandre.no and other design on the platform or our websites belong to La Vandre AS.
Copyright to all other material and information on the platform belongs to the person who produced or made the material available and is subject to copyright rules. This means that you as a user should obtain written consent from the person who produced the material before you reproduce the content. This also applies to images and graphics.
La Vandre AS reserves the right to freely use material posted on the app for promotion and marketing of the service.
Use of the La Vandre logo
It is permitted to use our logo in the mention and promotion of the service on blogs, forums, in the media, etc. It is also permitted to use the logo in the marketing of own products that are sold through or together with the app. It is permitted to use the logo in links to our websites or the app. It is not permitted to link the logo or our websites to information that is not relevant to the website or that contravenes the law or applicable regulations. It is also not permitted to use the logo in the marketing of own products that are not sold through or together with the app.
Limitation of Liability
La Vandre AS hereby informs that errors may occur on our website and in the app. We do not accept responsibility for damages or financial loss, either directly or indirectly, as a result of such errors or the website/application being unavailable. We also cannot guarantee that the content of advertisements or goods/products sold via the app is authentic or not protected by copyright, patents, etc. La Vandre AS takes no responsibility for material, information, views and products that are conveyed, posted on, sold through, or otherwise made available through the app. La Vandre AS disclaims, without limitation, any responsibility for damages or financial loss, both direct and indirect, as a result of using the app or goods/products sold through the app.
